You have probably never heard of a company called Dash Navigation. This is no surprise; until August 28th almost no one had. Last Monday Dash Navigation emerged offering a line of new navigation aftermarket car accessories that could change the way we drive.
The new navigation system is one of the first to provide drivers with continuous internet access via WiFi and cellular technology. This capability means that you can access: up-to-the-minuet traffic information; driving directions; locations of hotels, theaters, and restaurants and even restaurant menus or movie times directly from your car. These features may only scratch the surface of the technology's potential.
The company plans to release more product details at the Demofall Conference late next month. Limited units are currently being tested in California, but the technology should hit nationwide auto sales sometime next summer.

Does anyone make an auto nav system that works with an existing in dash display (2006 Lexus GS300), but that is not already Nav enabled?
